Import/Export  Assembly/Certification Condition Inspection

Our experienced team has been importing aircraft since 1992. Whether you make your purchase through us or someone else, we can assist you with the entire process.

Upon arrival, your aircraft is carefully unloaded, inspected  and the assembly process begins. We are also experienced in working with the FAA to certify your aircraft – a process that can seem overwhelming to a new owner.

Our ability to understand theory of operation and accurately diagnose problems sets us apart from others. Need your aircraft serviced by people who are thorough and conscientious about their work?
Fabric Sheet Metal
Our award-winning fabric work is a specialty and we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship. We welcome the discerning eye. We have the capability to perform simple and major structural repairs.

Prop Strike Inspection Hydraulic Lock Repairs Overhaul
We can advise what method of repair you should pursue depending upon the type and condition of prop strike that has occurred. Not all prop strikes are alike! We prefer that our customers religiously pull their props through before start up. However, if you hydraulic lock your engine we are here to help get you back in the air. We are pleased to provide an M-14P quality-overhauled engine that meets our unparalleled standards of excellence and performance.
Nose Case Seal Replacement Ignition Harness Rebuilding Automotive Plug Adapter Kit
We will replace your nose case seal for a flat rate, including parts. There is no compromise for quality or safety; which is why we offer an ignition harness that is far superior to anything out there on the market today. We offer a simple and economical solution for your spark plug needs while maintaining the shielded aircraft ignition harness.

Landing Gear Actuator Uplock Cylinders Flap Actuator
Pneumatic system:  Proper servicing of your air system is critical for trouble free operation.  Send us your component and we will install a new seal kit and replace any parts that are unserviceable. The Russians overhauled their aircraft and engines every 5 years or 500 hours.  We don’t do that in the U.S., so that means we need to stay on top of maintenance. We are just beginning to see the first failures in the flap actuators. With our experience and special tools we will rebuild your flap actuator and install new seals and locking balls.
Shimmy Dampener Air Bottles: Hydrostatic Testing
There is a common misconception that you should service your Yak 52 shimmy dampener with air or nitrogen, when the indicator shaft has recessed into the shimmy dampener body. Your air bottles need to be hydrostatically tested every five years.
We offer this service at a flat rate
and a quick turnaround time.

 Engine Accessories Hose Rebuilds
AIR COMPRESSOR: Most often, we get your phone call after the air compressor coupling is sheared. * The Stage I portion of the compressor is full of
carbon caked in the valves,
rings and ring grooves.
We offer you a quality alternative to the original Russian hose. It seems most everything in Russia followed Stalin’s 5-year plan – even the aircraft! The original hose material must be changed every 5 years or 500 hours. It truly has a life limit.
