Our award-winning fabric repair service is a specialty and we pride ourselves on quality craftsmanship with over 70 years of combined experience. We specialize in Yak fabric repair and know where special attention must be devoted to provide you with years of serviceability. We will repair a tear in control surface, recover an entire aircraft or a set of control surfaces.
- An evaluation of the project is completed before any fabric is removed.
- After removal of the exiting fabric, any repairs, reinforcements or upgrades are made to the structure.
- Corrosion removal and treatment of metal surfaces is completed
- Modifications or upgrades installed
- Anti-chafe tapes applied to sharp edges
- Polyfiber fabric installed and sprayed through silver or white Polytone
- Static balancing of control surfaces
- Final paint applied upon request
